Rules and regulations for providing services in MAIN Podcast Studio
1. Exclusive rights to the video and audio content created (recorded) by MAIN Podcast Studio belong to the Customer from the date of full payment for MAIN Podcast Studio services
2. MAIN Podcast Studio has no right to use the result of the service (video and audio recording) independently or transfer it to third parties.
3. When installing a specific SETUP agreed with the Customer, MAIN Podcast Studio sets the basic settings of the equipment (light, sound or video), which can be subsequently changed at the Customer's request. The time required to set up or change the equipment settings for the Customer's project or at its request is included in the total time interval booked by the Customer.
4. When the Customer books a time slot on the MAIN Podcast Studio website or in another way (in messengers or by phone), confirmation of the booking from MAIN Podcast Studio is made only after the Customer has made an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total booking amount. If the advance payment is not received, MAIN Podcast Studio has the right to give this time slot to another Customer who makes an advance payment.
5. Payment of the remaining booking amount is made by the Customer immediately before the start of filming. In this case, MAIN Podcast Studio applies all discounts and bonuses that are due or were promised to the Customer.
6. Payment for MAIN Podcast Studio services (as well as advance payment upon booking) can be made as follows:

Payment in cash.

Payment by bank card via POS terminal, or using a special link generated by the POS terminal and sent to the customer by email or messenger.

Payment (bank transfer) to the company's bank account
7. At the Customer's request, MAIN Podcast Studio can provide the Invoice on paper or send it electronically to the Customer at the address specified by him (e-mail, messenger or other)
8. All video and audio content (video and audio files) created by MAIN Podcast Studio is transferred to the Customer as follows:

Within 48 hours after the completion of the video and audio content shooting, MAIN Podcast Studio uploads the files with the results of the service provided to a separate folder on its server.

As soon as the files are uploaded to the server, MAIN Podcast Studio sends the Customer a link to the folder on the server, from which the Customer must independently download all the files. The link is sent to the Customer by e-mail or in a messenger, at the Customer's request.

Files with the results of the service are located on the server and remain available for download by the Customer for 7 calendar days from the moment the link is sent to the Customer. After this time, files with the results of the service are deleted from the MAIN Podcast Studio server. If the Customer has not downloaded files from the server within the time set for their storage, MAIN Podcast Studio is not responsible for the Customer not receiving files with the results of the service.

If it is necessary to extend the storage time of files with the results of the service on the server, the Customer must contact MAIN Podcast Studio with a request to extend the storage time of the files. Extension of the storage time of files with the results of the service on the server is allowed for a period of no more than 3 calendar days, after which the files are permanently deleted from the server.
9. The Customer and all participants of the video and audio recording on the Customer's side must arrive at MAIN Podcast Studio 10-15 minutes before the booked time. If the Customer or participants of the video and audio recording on the Customer's side are late, the time interval booked by the Customer remains unchanged. Thus, the time planned for the provision of the service (video and audio recording) is reduced by the time that the Customer or participants of the video and audio recording on the Customer's side are late, without reducing the amount of payment for the time booked by the Customer.
10. The minimum time interval for which a studio can be booked is 1 hour.
11. If the Customer has used the studio for less than the booked and paid time, the cost of MAIN Podcast Studio services will not be recalculated.
12. If the Customer needs to use the Studio longer than the booked time (in the absence of a subsequent booking by another Customer), an extension is only possible for a time multiple of 30 minutes.
13. If the Customer wishes to extend the booked time, MAIN Podcast Studio reserves the right to refuse the Customer an extension if there are no available time slots after the time booked by the Customer.
14. Cancellation of a booking or its transfer to another time is possible only if the Customer informs MAIN Podcast Studio about it no later than 24 hours before the start of the booked time slot by email or in a messenger. Otherwise, the money for the booked time will not be returned.
15. The Customer and all participants in video and audio recordings on the Customer’s side may bring animals into the MAIN Podcast Studio premises only with the consent of MAIN Podcast Studio.
16. The Customer and all participants of the video and audio recording on the Customer's side are prohibited from consuming any food in the MAIN Podcast Studio premises. During the video and audio recording, participants may be offered hot drinks (coffee, tea). The Customer and all participants of the video and audio recording on the Customer's side may drink water without restrictions during the video and audio recording.
